We anticipate changes in skill, behavior, knowledge, and attitude.
Some of these constitute process changes, which are more qualitative
in nature. For purposes of the IMLS recommended outcome based
evaluation that we will be documenting and reporting, we plan
to focus on the following measurable and quantifiable points (target
audiences are indicated by number in parentheses):
I. Audiences will use the Digital Asset (DA) system to create
new and/or improved resources (1-6)
