Hi everyone,

On January 23rd the OMB & EPA launched a new site that enables the public to view and comment on proposed federal regulations (full-text & links provided). I haven't had too much time to review the entire site, but so far it seems pretty darn cool.

From the Regulations.gov web site, you can view a description of every proposed and final Federal regulation currently open for comment, read the full text of the regulations, and submit your comments to the Federal agencies responsible for the rulemaking action.
