We could do it that way with two requirements: 19 people COMMIT, up front
with their money; there is a site that would host that could accomodate
everyone. What does the group say?

Could we just charge $10 for anyone who wants to attend?
I imagine we'd get at least 19 people to cover the $190 fee.
