Subject: Business Card Survey Results!!!

**If you receive this twice, I apologize.

Dear SLA-SF members,

The following link will take you to the results of the Business Card
Survey in which members of SLA participated in November.

A few highlights:

* 51 surveys completed
* 84% would apply for a business library card from their public
library if available
* 70% have used their personal library cards to check out books for
someone in their workplace
* 43% were "very uncomfortable" doing so

See the rest of the results here:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/Report.asp?U=71252110956
When you are looking at the results, you will be able to view
specific responses by clicking on the "View" buttons associated with
each question.

We are in the process of analyzing results and planning the next
stage in our campaign to keep business cards a viable feature of the
San Francisco Public Library. I'll keep you posted.

Sincerely, Michele McGinnis
Government Relations Chair, SLA-SF
