Dear all,

We apologize in advance if you have already seen this message.

A group of your law firm colleagues, working as a subcommittee of the
Mid-Sized Firm Librarians Group, (an informal SF law librarian's brown
bag group that meets once a month), Sara Fox, Jaye Lapachet, Paula
Lichtenberg, Mark Mackler, Diane Rodriguez and Pati Traktman, worked to
create a template for business continuity planning (disaster planning)
specific to law firm libraries. All the members of the committee worked
on a volunteer basis.

While this template is geared towards law firm libraries, it may also be
useful to corporate and other types of libraries.

The template and bibliography has been posted to
http://www.subjectsmatter.com <http://www.subjectsmatter.com/> . The
document is in PDF and does load a little slowly. We do update the
documents as necessary.

We have sent as similar message to various lists, so please contact us
before you forward it on to other lists. We do not want to overwhelm the
server.

We hope you find this useful.

Jaye Lapachet
