Hi Chris,
Sandia National Laboratories does not complete a high volume of
translations requests, but two translators we have used are:

Arlington heights, IL 60005
Telephone: 847.439.4312 or 1.800.323.8707

Another translation service (local to the Bay Area) is:
RWS Group, LLC

San Francisco, CA 94107
Telephone: 415.512.4400

Have you used a good translation service in the last year or so? Because
they write copy for global clients, our proofreaders and copy editors
here in SF would like to have some referrals for different language
specialists. The business doesn't necessarily have to be local. I didn't
know where to start, so I thought you trusty list members might have
some suggestions.

Please reply to me off list at christineorr@mindspring.com or feel free
to give me a call at my Landor (work) number: 415-365-3745.

Thanks,
Chris Orr
