A) we learned about angular momentum and how size and direction can
change it. We also noticed that when you spin the wheel toward the
person ( inward) and torque the wheel in one direction the chair and
person move the opposite side. As when you spin the wheel outward and
torque it in one direction the chair and person move in the same
direction.
