Can anyone out there explain just what they mean. It looks as if they will
somehow make it possible for those of us not going to NYC (and more
importantly being one of the privileged minority of membership that votes on
some pretty important issues, like our NAME) to actually have a vote.
Unfortunately SLA's usual clarity of purpose has struck again.
