level of quality with the goals accomplished and ... every one is still
speaking to each other! Learn how to apply practical and realistic
techniques to ongoing, special and personal project management issues.

1. How to plan to plan
2. Agreeing on expectations
3. The dangers of perfectionism
4. When we and others make mistakes
5. What hard choices do we have to make
6. Why management thinking is not what you learned in graduate school

Pat Wagner is the project management trainer for the LAMA/ALA regional
institutes and is currently an instructor for InfoPeople conflict management
workshops this year. She has 25 years' experience working with libraries of
all types and will be speaking on marketing issues at SLA 2004.
